In the final match of the ODI Women`s World Cup 2025 against South Africa, Team India posted a total of 298 runs for the loss of seven wickets at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai.

Having put to bat first, Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma delivered a strong start. Facing 58 balls, Mandhana scored 45 runs, with the help of eight boundaries. Shafali played a stunning knock of 87 runs after scoring 78 balls, including seven boundaries and two maximums.

Jemimah Rodrigues accumulated 24 runs off 37 balls, including a boundary. Skipper Harmanpreet Kaur scored 20 runs off 29 balls, which was laced with two boundaries.
