Shah Rukh Khan’s highly awaited film, King, is generating buzz as one of the top releases this year. Among its star-studded cast is Arshad Warsi, who recently shared insights about his time on set. He described SRK as a truly remarkable individual and recounted a touching moment when the actor and his daughter, Suhana, visited him during the shoot in Poland.
Reflecting on the film’s Poland schedule, Arshad Warsi recounted a memorable day when director Siddharth Anand came to his room, accompanied by Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana. “Before I knew it, Siddharth, Shah Rukh, Suhana, and the whole team were there to greet me,” he reminisced.
Praising Shah Rukh Khan, Warsi stated, “He is a wonderful human being who has brought dignity to our profession. His global appeal, alongside icons like Amitabh Bachchan and Dilip Kumar, has elevated the perception of our industry. They are talented, gracious, and have made us shine on the world stage. The entire industry owes so much to these legends.”
The first glimpse of King was unveiled on Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday, November 2, showcasing thrilling action sequences. The film, directed by Siddharth Anand, is set for a December 2026 release and features a stellar cast including Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Abhay Verma, Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, and Saurabh Shukla.
In addition to King, Arshad Warsi is gearing up for more projects. He will reprise his role in Dhamaal 4, directed by Indra Kumar, alongside familiar faces like Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, and Sanjay Mishra, with a release date of June 12. Also on his slate is Welcome to the Jungle, a comedy directed by Ahmed Khan, featuring a star-studded ensemble including Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Disha Patani, among others, which is expected to hit theaters later this year.
