Actor Shekhar Suman opened up his heart in a poignant social media tribute to his late son, Aayush. Reflecting on the joy Aayush brought into their lives during his brief time on earth, Shekhar expressed that he still grapples with the profound sadness of losing him. In a touching Instagram post featuring a cherished photo of Aayush, he wrote, “Remembering my angel Aayush. I miss you every moment, my baby. Life feels incomplete without you. Though your time with us was short, you filled our lives with so much happiness. We are still coming to terms with the tragedy of losing you. But I take comfort in knowing you’re in a better place, with God and the fairies. (sic).” Aayush tragically passed away at just 11 years old due to a rare condition known as Endomyocardial fibrosis (EM), leaving a lasting impact on his family. He departed this world on April 3, 1995. For those unfamiliar, Endomyocardial fibrosis is a rare heart illness that causes fibrosis in the heart’s inner lining, leading to restrictive cardiomyopathy. Shekhar also has another son, Adhyayan Suman, who follows in his father’s acting footsteps. Recently, as Adhyayan celebrated his birthday, Shekhar shared a heartfelt message, encouraging him to view the upcoming year as a turning point. He reminded Adhyayan of the importance of courage and determination in overcoming life’s challenges, stating, “Happy birthday to my wonderful son! May this year serve as a significant milestone for you. You’ve shown incredible resilience, and it’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Let past setbacks guide you, not define you. Each day offers a new opportunity to shape the life you desire. Lots of love from Shekhu and Podga!”
