On Saturday, Sunaina Roshan, the sister of Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan, delighted fans by sharing rare childhood photos of him as he celebrated his 52nd birthday on January 10th. Sunaina took to her social media to post a selection of nostalgic images from Hrithik’s early years, showcasing his ‘chubbier’ days.
One memorable snapshot captures Sunaina feeding a young Hrithik a slice of cake, while another shows them lounging together, with a youthful and adorable Hrithik during his teenage years.
In a heartfelt birthday message, Sunaina referred to Hrithik as her ‘life’s rock’ and expressed her gratitude for having him in her life. She wrote, “Happy birthday to my Duggu, my rock! I’m so proud of the incredible person you are and all that you’ve accomplished.”
She also wished him strength to chase his dreams, peace for his soul, and prosperity in every moment. “You’re my forever inspiration and cheerleader. May this year be filled with love, laughter, adventure, and all your heart’s desires,” she added.

Earlier in the day, their father, Rakesh Roshan, also took to social media to convey his birthday wishes, affectionately calling Hrithik by his nickname, Duggu, and expressing his love, saying, “Duggu, love you more every year. Happy birthday!”
For those who may not know, Hrithik Roshan made his Bollywood debut in January 2000 with the hit film Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai alongside Ameesha Patel. The film launched him into stardom, and he quickly became a household name. Before his debut, Hrithik appeared as a child actor in several films during the 1980s and also served as an assistant director on some of his father’s projects.
Since then, he has starred in numerous successful films, including Fiza, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Mission Kashmir, Koi Mil Gaya, Krrish, and Guzaarish, among others.
On the personal front, Hrithik was previously married to Sussanne Khan, the daughter of actor Sanjay Khan, but the couple separated in 2014 after 13 years of marriage. They have two sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan, and continue to co-parent amicably. Hrithik is currently in a relationship with actress Saba Azad.
