In a recent ruling, the Supreme Court has allowed murder convict Vikas Yadav to take a temporary leave until March 7 to celebrate Holi. Yadav, who is the son of former Member of Parliament DP Yadav, has completed 23 years of his 25-year sentence for the 2002 murder of Nitish Katara.
