In a heartfelt gesture for Valentine’s Day, Salman Khan Films has unveiled the much-anticipated romantic song ‘Main Hoon.’ Following the incredible success of ‘Matrubhumi,’ which garnered over 50 million views, this track features Salman Khan alongside Chitrangda Singh, encapsulating the emotional essence of the film. ‘Main Hoon’ dives into the delicate emotions surrounding a soldier’s life, showcasing both love and sacrifice.
Released on Valentine’s Day, the creators shared on social media, “This Valentine’s, let love take over with Main Hoon. Song out now!”
The song beautifully illustrates the many facets of love—from joyful family moments to the solitude that often accompanies military duty. It poignantly portrays the contrast between the warmth of home and the heart-wrenching ache of separation, creating an intimate and moving narrative.
Visually, the music video strikes a balance between joy and yearning, with Salman Khan displaying tender interactions with his family, set against scenes that evoke emotional distance. Chitrangda Singh adds a touch of elegance and quiet strength, resulting in a chemistry that feels authentic and mature.
Music director and composer Ayaan Lall has crafted a soothing melody that resonates long after listening. Sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Ayaan Lall, the vocals deepen the song’s emotional resonance. The lyrics, written by Ayaan Lall and Shabbir Ahmed, reflect the sacrifices and silent resilience of those who support our soldiers.
Is ‘Battle of Galwan’ Delaying Its Release?
Reports from Bollywood Hungama suggest that the release of ‘Battle of Galwan’ may be postponed as filming remains incomplete. A source indicated, “The film is set to premiere on April 17, but the shoot is still ongoing, with reshoots taking longer than anticipated. Starting February 9, another week of shooting will take place at the Golden Tobacco Factory in Mumbai. Once this schedule concludes, only a few days of filming will be left before wrapping up by the end of February.” Additionally, director Apoorva Lakhia has yet to begin editing the new footage.
Beyond completing the shoot, the film must also be screened for the Ministry of Defence, as required by protocol. The insider added, “Given these factors, the team feels they might not meet the April 17 deadline. Salman Khan believes that such a significant and patriotic film deserves careful attention. He has encouraged the team to take their time to ensure that the final product is compelling and cinematic.”
