Shah Rukh Khan is all set to deliver yet another blockbuster with his next actioner King. The film also stars his daughter Suhana Khan. To note, this will be her second project after The Archies. SRK’s close friend shared a major update on King. At an event in Dubai, the filmmaker revealed how the actor is training his daughter for action sequences.
SRK training Suhana for King
On Tuesday, Danube Properties announced that it will develop a Rs 4,000 crore premium commercial tower project in Dubai named after Shah Rukh. The actor attended the event in Dubai with his friend and filmmaker Farah Khan.

During a candid on-stage chat, Farah revealed how Shah Rukh has been personally training Suhana while working together on King. “Shah Rukh’s son Aryan has made the most kick-a** web series: The Ba***ds of Bollywood. Suhana is so hardworking. She is now going to be in King. I know that you are training her in action,” Farah is seen saying to Shah Rukh on stage in the video.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film will release in 2026. The film also stars Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Abhay Verma, among others. The first look of the film was revealed on King Khan’s 60th birthday.
The announcement video showcases SRK with silver hair, distinctive ear cuffs, and an ice-cold aura that signals his return in a darker, edgier form. In the glimpse, Khan delivers a line that has already set the internet buzzing: “Darr nahi, dehshat hoon — KING.”
Shah Rukh described the role as “a very dark character.” The actor spoke about the film at the fan meet-and-greet event. He shared, “The character in King is very interesting. Siddharth and Sunjay wrote it with a lot of love. He comes with a lot of vices. He is a murderer. He kills people and doesn’t even ask.”
During an AMA session on his birthday, the actor shared that a good sequence was shot. “Did some good shoot… starting soon again. Only leg shots, then move to upper body… Insha Allah will be done fast. Sid Anand is working hard to finish.”
