Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan will turn 60 on November 2. Ahead of his birthday, the star surprised fans with a quick #AskSRK session. The actor has been busy in recent months promoting his son Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, The Ba***ds of Bollywood. However, fans are now eagerly waiting for SRK’s next big release titled King. While it was rumoured that there would be a teaser drop from the film, the actor has made a clarificiation on the same.
SRK gives update on King
During his latest #AskSRK session on X (formerly Twitter), Shah Rukh Khan once again proved why his interactive chats with fans are an internet favorite. When a fan enthusiastically requested, “King teaser DM karo sir,” SRK responded with his witty remark, “Abhi title toh announce kiya nahi officially… tum teaser par kaise pahunch gaye!!!”

The actor’s reply instantly put an end to growing speculation that a teaser for his much-talked-about upcoming project King was around the corner. While rumours about the film have been circulating for months, with fans eagerly waiting for an official update, SRK’s response confirmed that even the title hasn’t been formally announced yet.
King will be featuring his daughter Suhana Khan alongside him, but SRK’s tweet makes it clear that the first official step will be the title reveal, not a teaser drop.
When a user asked him on his experience working with daughter in the film, he had the most heartwarming reply, “Apna apna sa lagta hai….”

For now, fans will have to wait a little longer for any glimpse of the project.

The lineup includes Chennai Express, Devdas, Dil Se, Jawan, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Main Hoon Na, and Om Shanti Om. Talking about the festival, SRK said, “Cinema has always been my home, and seeing these films return to the big screen feels like a beautiful reunion. These movies are not just my stories—they belong to the audience that has embraced them for over 33 years. I’m grateful to PVR INOX and Red Chillies Entertainment for celebrating this journey with such love. I hope everyone relives the joy, the music, and the magic of cinema we’ve shared together.
