In the fourth T20I match against Team India, Australia skipper Mitchell Marsh has won the toss and elected to bowl first at the Carrara Stadium in Queensland.

The “Men in Blue” have entered the clash with the unchanged playing XI from the previous match. On the other hand, the Aussies have made four major changes. Josh Philippe has been included in the team in place of Travis Head, and Glenn Maxwell comes in by replacing Mitchell Owen. Also, Sean Abbott makes way for Ben Dwarshuis and Matthew Kuhnemann has been replaced by Adam Zampa.

Both teams will be eager to secure the win today to take an edge in the ongoing five-match T20I series. Currently, the series is tied at 1-1.

After winning the toss, Australia`s skipper Marsh said, “We’ll bowl first. We don’t get to play here often, so it’s great to be at the Gold Coast, one of the most beautiful venues. We’ll look to gather as much information about the surface as possible early on. The series being 1-1 makes it exciting; both teams are pumped up for this contest. We’ve made four changes tonight, Adam Zampa, Glenn Maxwell, Josh Philippe, and Ben Dwarshuis come in for four others”.

On the other hand, the visitors` skipper, Suryakumar Yadav, said that the bilateral series stands at a position where we need to test ourselves.

“Absolutely, this is what bilateral series are for — to test ourselves in different situations. It’s a beautiful ground and a great atmosphere, everything to play for with the series tied at 1-1. It looks like a typical subcontinent-style wicket that might slow down later, so we’re happy to bat first, put runs on the board, and take up the challenge. We’re going in with the same playing XI,” he said.
