After concluding the West Indies Test series, Team India is all set to lock horns with Australia for the white-ball series.

The ODI series will mark the return of the two stalwarts, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, to international cricket. Additionally, Shubman Gill has been appointed as Team India`s new captain in ODIs. He has replaced Rohit for the leadership role in the 50-over format.

The series will feature three ODIs and five T20I matches between the two teams.

The first ODI match between India and Australia is scheduled to be played on October 19 at the Optus Stadium in Perth. The second game will be played on October 23 at the Adelaide Oval Stadium, followed by the third game, which is scheduled on October 25 at the Sydney Cricket Ground. All three ODI matches will commence at 9 AM IST.

After the conclusion of the 50-over format series, the “Men in Blue” will clash against the Aussies for five T20I matches. The first match will be played on October 29 at the Manuka Oval. The second match of the shortest format series is scheduled at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on October 31. The third and fourth clash is scheduled on November 2 and 6, respectively.

Ninja Stadium in Tasmania will host the third clash, whereas Heritage Bank Stadium will witness the fourth match.

The title clash of the T20I series between India and Australia is scheduled to be played at the iconic Gabba Stadium on November 8. All five T20I matches will begin at 1.45 PM IST.
