Recently, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu took to Instagram to express her admiration for the film’s depth and its unbiased storytelling. In her Instagram Stories, Samantha shared her thoughts, stating, “I felt compelled to express my feelings immediately after the film ended, fearing I’d lose even a hint of the emotions it stirred within me. Stories like these are a rarity—so profoundly human, intricately layered, and free from judgment. It’s even more exceptional when brought to life by an actor of Yami Gautam’s caliber.” She mentioned that Yami’s portrayal of Shazia Bano resonated with her in ways that were difficult to articulate. “Reshunath, your writing lingered with me. Yami Gautam, your performance moved me in ways I can’t quite express. I experienced a whirlwind of emotions: love, anger, strength, vulnerability, and hope,” the Yashoda actress added.
