In the wake of a recent shooting incident at Rohit Shetty’s residence and a WhatsApp threat directed at Ranveer Singh, a chilling audio message has surfaced. In this viral recording, Hari Boxer, an associate of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, issues stark warnings to both the actor and the director. According to the voice note obtained by Hindustan Times, Hari declares, “This message is for Bollywood, especially for you, Ranveer Singh, and you, Rohit Shetty.” He ominously added that if they don’t comply, their teams would be the next targets.
In the audio, he states, “If you two don’t get on board soon, we will handle you in a way that your descendants will remember it. Ranveer, you love giving advice about going to the police and filing reports, and you did that too, which is fine. But listen closely: we have detailed information about your staff—their homes, work schedules, and family locations. We won’t come after you directly; instead, we’ll start with them. That’s when you’ll understand the gravity of the situation.”
He continued, “Ranveer, if you’ve backed out of any agreement, this voice note serves as a warning. Either return to your word, or we’ll show you the consequences of going back on your promises. Pay attention, both you and Rohit Shetty. And this is a message for all of Bollywood: those we reach out to must comply promptly. If not, you’ll witness the repercussions.”
The threats come after gunfire was reported at Rohit Shetty’s Juhu home on February 1, leading to the arrest of four suspects. Shortly thereafter, Ranveer Singh received a threatening WhatsApp voice note demanding a hefty sum of money.
