After Jolly LLB 3, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for a wild 2026 with Welcome To The Jungle, the third instalment of the Welcome franchise. The actor begins a 15-day shoot in November, focusing on key sequences with the ensemble cast. Most of the film is already in the can, and it’s expected to release by mid-2026. The upcoming comedy promises a grand scale and the trademark Welcome humour. Directed by Ahmed Khan and produced by Firoz Nadiadwala, the film features Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Disha Patani, and Jacqueline Fernandez. Akshay also reunites with Priyadarshan for Bhooth Bangla and Haiwaan.

Featuring the country’s first digital superstar, Naina Avtr, the 12-episode series unfolds over one gripping night in Mumbai, told through minute-long Instagram Reels. “I’m not here to replace humans, I’m here to reflect them, one emotion at a time,” said Naina. Shot entirely by an all-female crew, the show champions empowerment and inclusivity. Producer Shiven Surendranath said the series proves that even in a tech-driven age, storytelling remains deeply human.
