Team India is all set to take on South Africa in their backyard. Both teams will begin the series by playing two Test matches.
The first Test match is scheduled to be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata from November 14. The second match will kick off from November 22 at the Assam Cricket Association Stadium in Guwahati.
Both Test matches will kick start at 9 am IST.
After the two-match Test contest, the hosts will lock horns with the Proteas for three One-Day International (ODI) matches.
The first 50-over game will be in action on November 30 at the JSCA International Stadium in Jharkhand. The second match is scheduled to be played on December 3, followed by the third game on December 6.
The Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium in New Raipur will host the second ODI match between the teams. The third and final ODI match will be played at the ACA-VDC Stadium in Andhra Pradesh.
All ODI matches will begin at 1.30 pm IST.
After ODIs, both teams will gear up to engage in a five-match T20I series.
The shortest format series will kick off on December 9, with the first game to be played at the Barabati Stadium in Odisha. The second and third T20I will be played on December 11 and 14, respectively. The Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Punjab will witness the second game, whereas the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala will host the third match.
The fourth T20I match will be played on December 17 at the Ekana Cricket Stadium B Ground in Lucknow. The fifth and final T20I match is scheduled to be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium on December 19.
All T20I matches will commence at 7 pm IST.
