The excitement is building as the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 approaches, and we have the full match schedule for the Mumbai Indians (MI). Led by the dynamic Harmanpreet Kaur, the team will kick off their campaign against the reigning champions, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), on Friday at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai.
The very next day, the Mumbaikars will face off against the Delhi Capitals (DC) at the same venue. Following that, they will compete against the Gujarat Giants (GG) on January 13, and then take on the UP Warriorz (UPW) on January 15.
On January 17, fans can look forward to another exciting match between the Indians and the Warriorz. The Vadodara International Cricket Stadium in Kotambi will host the showdown between the Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians on January 20, and will also be the site for the clash between the Paltan and Royal Challengers Bengaluru on January 26.
The Mumbai Indians will conclude their group stage matches against the Giants on January 30 at the Vadodara International Cricket Stadium.
The semi-finals of WPL 2026 are set for February 3 in Kotambi, with the grand finale scheduled for February 5.
In anticipation of the opening match, skipper Harmanpreet Kaur expressed her confidence, stating that the team is entering the tournament with the same mindset that has brought them success in the past few years. “We are bringing the same energy and excitement this season. Our goal is to play good cricket and do everything we can to win the title. This season holds great importance as there’s a lot of thrilling cricket ahead,” she affirmed.
