Sanjay Dutt, who is garnering significant praise for his portrayal of SP Choudhary Aslam in ‘Dhurandhar 2’, was recently spotted enjoying a family outing in the city amidst the film’s tremendous success. Accompanied by his wife, Maanayata Dutt, and their twins, Shahraan and Iqra, the actor had a tense encounter with the paparazzi.
Videos circulating online show Sanjay, dressed in a white printed shirt, walking hand in hand with Maanayata, who appeared calm as they exited their car. However, the atmosphere shifted when paparazzi swarmed the family, capturing their every move. Clearly annoyed by the intrusion, Sanjay urged the photographers to back off, saying, “Bas karna bey” (Stop it now) before heading into a restaurant.
When the family finished their dinner and stepped outside, they were once again met by a crowd of cameras. This time, Sanjay expressed his irritation more firmly, stating, “Arey bhai, 2 minute band kar do, ho gaya abhi” (Oh brother, stop it for two minutes, it’s enough now).
On the professional front, Sanjay Dutt recently starred in ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, directed by Aditya Dhar. The film continues to break box office records, featuring a stellar cast that includes Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal. Dutt’s role as SSP Chaudhary Aslam, a formidable officer in the Lyari Task Force, has emerged as one of the film’s highlights.
Looking ahead, Sanjay has a busy slate of projects lined up, including ‘Aakhri Sawal’, ‘Raja Shivaji’, ‘Baap’, and ‘KD – The Devil’. He remains dedicated to exploring a variety of roles across different genres in both Hindi and regional cinema.
However, ‘KD – The Devil’ has already stirred controversy, particularly over a song featuring Dutt and Nora Fatehi titled ‘Sarke Chunar’. The song faced criticism for its vulgar lyrics and has drawn legal issues, resulting in its removal from circulation.
