Social media influencer Orhan Awatramani, known as Orry, recently made waves with a birthday tribute to actor Ibrahim Ali Khan amid swirling rumors of a dispute between them. Orry had previously hinted at a falling out involving Ibrahim, his sister Sara Ali Khan, and their mother, Amrita Singh.
In his birthday message, Orry shared a video featuring himself and Ibrahim. While Ibrahim’s face isn’t fully visible, the two seem to be sharing a joyful moment. Notably, the video revealed a bruise on Orry’s forehead, but it was his caption that truly caught the eye. He wrote, “It’s still not too late now 2 say Orry (sic),” suggesting a possible apology with the phrase, “It’s still not too late now to say sorry.” Ibrahim celebrated his 25th birthday on the day of this post.
In a previous podcast with Elvish Yadav, Orry had referred to Ibrahim as the “most besharam” (shameless) person in the industry. When prompted by Yadav to name the most shameless individual, Orry didn’t hesitate, saying, “Ibrahim Ali Khan.” When encouraged to elaborate, he smiled and cheekily suggested, “Call him to your podcast.”
Orry also opened up about his estranged relationship with Sara Ali Khan. Once close friends, the two have now unfollowed each other on social media. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Orry explained, “I unfollowed Sara a while ago, and I haven’t followed Ibrahim in years.” He further expressed that maintaining a friendship with Sara feels disingenuous due to the trauma he associates with her mother, Amrita Singh. “If Amrita Singh were to apologize, I could maybe see myself letting it go in the future,” he remarked.
On the professional front, Ibrahim Ali Khan made his acting debut in 2025 with the film Nadaaniyan, alongside Khushi Kapoor. However, the film, released on Netflix, failed to create a significant impact. He later appeared in Sarzameen, sharing the screen with Prithviraj and Kajol, but the film also struggled to gain traction on streaming platforms.
