As the Indian Premier League (IPL) gears up to commence on March 28, Sai Sudharsan of the Gujarat Titans (GT) is reflecting on his preparation for the upcoming season. The talented left-handed batsman expressed his commitment to channeling his energy into securing victory for his team.
“I approach this with a straightforward mindset: we have an important task ahead of us. I believe I’ve utilized my time effectively to prepare myself. Right now, my focus is on the present, concentrating on giving my all to help the team succeed. I’m not dwelling on what comes next after the IPL; my priority is winning for Gujarat Titans,” he stated.
Sudharsan also commended GT’s head coach Ashish Nehra, highlighting his supportive nature and deep understanding of players’ strengths and weaknesses. “Ashu bhai is truly a players’ coach. He knows what I need and how to enhance my batting. That’s one of his greatest qualities,” he remarked.
The Gujarat Titans will kick off their IPL 2026 journey with a match against the Punjab Kings (PBKS) on March 31 at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in New Chandigarh.
